"I am an accomplished guitarist and instructor with over ten years playing guitar and three plus years teaching privately, from my home studio in Gray and in music stores in the Lewiston area. I've worked at Music Maniac and am currently an instructor at Midtown Music. I started playing guitar at around age 12 and haven't missed a day since, I started out on my own and then spent time studying with some of Maine's finest teachers including Paul French, Bob Thompson and Denny Breau. I've performed in many styles from Cuban and Salsa Music to 80's Hair metal. I am currently continuing my education at the University of Maine at Augusta in music performance and education. Through the program there I have had opportunities to play with world class musicians like Master percussionist Norm Bergeron and Trumpet player Chuck Winfield (of Blood, Sweat & Tears) and have had the fine fortune of meeting many other impassioned young musicians.
